
Matthew Hawn has worked in media, music and technology for more than 30 years, leading and advising companies as they navigate the rough waters of disrupted global markets and breakneck digital change.
He’s built and led global teams in digital product strategy, development and operations for Universal Music, Sony Music, Last.fm and Samsung. He’s been an advisor to the BBC, MetaBrainz Foundation, VidCon, and several digital media start-ups working on next-generation media and entertainment products and services. He was most recently the Chief Product Officer and SVP of Business Development for Audio Network, a SESAC/Blackstone company, that delivers original music to customers in film, television and advertising.
He joins the FeedForward team with extensive experience with machine learning, media taxonomies and data-powered recommendation projects used in both consumer products and B2B applications.
